Returns
We do not accept returns for change of mind reasons. As a small business, we are unable to accomodate these requests. Please be mindful when making purchases.
Returns are only accepted for major defect or fault with the product in line with ACCC guidelines and are permitted within 7 days of recieving the item.
Examples include:

Your product arrived damaged (You must provide photo of the damaged product in its original packaging)

You received a different item than the one you ordered (You must provide a photo of the item you received)
To start the returns process please initiate through the 'Contact' page, or send an email to [email protected]. Make sure to include your order number.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Returns may be denied if it is found that the damage to the product has been caused by the consumer.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before the order has been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. Please email us immediately as orders can be dispatched quickly.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time.
