How long does it take to ship items?
Ready to ship items are typically dispatched within 2-3 business days. Shipping times are dependant on AusPost.

Are your products suitable for people with pet hair allergies?
Our crochet items are handmade in a cat and dog friendly environment. Although care to remove and reduce pet hair from the finished crochet piece has been made, some may still remain. People with severe allergies, please consider whether this is the right purchase for you.
What is your refund and returns policy?
Returns for change of mind reasons are not accepted. Please be mindful of your purchases. Returns are only accepted for major defect or fault due to manufacturing error or shipping damage.
